We prefer payment via
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we
will accept payments via money orders, cashiers checks, and
PayPal. The shopping cart is set up so that if you are not using
one of the credit cards above you may mark the payment Mail Money
Order/Cashiers Check and we will contact you with instructions on
completing your transaction.
Your privacy is a
valuable asset and we want you to know that we respect it. Orders
shipped from Rapture Flogger are shipped in standard USPS Priority Mail
boxes or plain envelopes/boxesmusing a discrete return address label. Additionally, we do
not give, rent, or sell customer information to other
companies, or share any of your private information with anyone outside
of our companies.

Return
Policy All
our products are guaranteed to be as described and ordered. We accept
authorized returns when the request is made within three days of
receipt of the item, the item is in new, unused condition, and where
there is a defect in workmanship or materials. You must contact us for an authorization number before you return any item.
If you are in doubt or need help with sizing please contact us before
you order or leave a note when you place your order and we will
contact you before we ship.

Rush
Orders
Most orders are shipped
within 72 hours or less. The exception is custom orders or in the
unlikely event that we must reorder a particular hide to complete your
work. We offer a variety of shipping methods including FedEx
Overnight, FedEx 2 Day, and USPS Express Mail. Using one of these
mailing options insures delivery within a set time -- depending on the
service you select; however, it does not
bump your order to the top of the list in our workshop. If
you simply must have an item quickly and within a guaranteed time frame
we will gladly move your order to the head of the line and work all
night if we must to get it out on time; however, there is a charge for
expediting your order within the workshop. Rush orders will
be subject to payment of a 20% rush order fee for all items except
custom work and floggers. Floggers require a rush order fee of
35%. Call for a rush order quote on custom work.
